TheKitchenGuys are not responsible for any equipment recommendations as they do not know to the full extent of which the equipment will be used for by the purchaser.
Lead times with each manufacturer may vary and the equipment may not be in stock. Items not in stock only have estimated lead times from the manufacturer and may not be entirely accurate as production can be delayed accordingly.
Inspect all items upon reception from carrier. Call 1-888-834-1522 to report the item if it was damaged in shipment so that the appropriate measuress may be taken.
Returns will only be permitted if the equipment has not been used. Restocking fees and Shipping Costs will be deducted from the initial payment received for the equipment. Restocking fees are charged by each manufacturer and will vary between 25-30% of the equipment cost.
To return an item the unit must be placed back in the original packaging and secured thoroughly. Contact TheKitchenGuys so that they can coordinate with the manufacturer and schedule a pick-up once a Return Authroization number has been issued. The remaining funds will be refunded to the customer once the item has be received and inspected by the manufacturer.
